Chef Sandra’s Raspberry–Banana Jam
Reminiscent of a homemade dessert, this jam brings together the bright tang of ripe raspberries and the natural sweetness of bananas for a smooth, comforting flavour. Slowly cooked in small batches the traditional European way, it has a round, almost creamy character balanced by the freshness of the berries.
